1. Compliance responsibility

CertMinder is an administrative tracking and reminder platform only. It is designed to help users record, organise, and monitor compliance-related information and deadlines. It does not provide legal, regulatory, property, accounting, tax, surveying, or other professional advice, and it does not guarantee that any user will remain compliant with any law, regulation, licence condition, contractual obligation, or other requirement.

The user remains solely responsible for:

(a) ensuring that all information entered into CertMinder is accurate, complete, and kept up to date;
(b) checking the validity, applicability, and currency of any certificate, document, notice, deadline, or compliance item recorded in the platform;
(c) taking all steps necessary to comply with all applicable legal and regulatory obligations;
(d) obtaining any professional or legal advice they consider necessary; and
(e) acting promptly on any reminder, alert, status update, or other information generated by CertMinder.

2. No reliance

Any reminder, alert, status indicator, report, summary, dashboard entry, or other information provided through CertMinder is provided for convenience only. The user must not rely on CertMinder as a substitute for their own checks, compliance processes, or professional advice.

3. No warranty of compliance

CertMinder does not warrant or represent that:

(a) any reminder will be delivered at a particular time or at all;
(b) any expiry date, status, or compliance record shown in the platform is complete, accurate, or up to date;
(c) use of the platform will ensure compliance with any legal or regulatory requirement; or
(d) any property, tenancy, or document tracked in the platform is compliant.

4. User responsibility for data entry

The user is responsible for entering and maintaining correct contact details, property details, document dates, expiry dates, and any other information used by CertMinder to generate reminders or reports. CertMinder is entitled to rely on the information supplied by the user and shall not be responsible for errors or omissions in that information.

5. Limitation

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law.
